Floor Plans

Lake Morton Senior Living has a variety of floor plans available for our residents in both levels of care.  The convenience of our aging in place model is that no matter where you choose an apartment within our building, you are able to stay there, and should you need additional care services in the future, we don’t require you to move to a different unit, or place in our community.  Once you choose your home at Lake Morton, it is where you can stay forever!
